ACcounting and tAX. It is pronounced a-cax.

We charge fixed fees for an agreed scope of work.

I thought accountants weren’t supposed to compete on price?

That’s essentially correct, and we don’t. What we do is minimise your fees by improving your systems and training your staff to help us make our work as efficient as possible.

What IT experience do you have?

There is considerable IT experience in the practice. See services for further details.

Do you provide investment advice?

The firm is not registered with the FSA or the ICAEW (a designated professional body) to give investment business advice. We can however provide investment advice via registered third parties.

How do you ensure client satisfaction?

We carry out a client satisfaction survey on completion of any significant engagement. Our standards require that a full investigation is carried out and corrective action is taken if we ever fail to meet our target satisfaction ratings.
